With this configuration, you get better performances in local (if your database is large) and you can access your data from any computer running on Windows and connected to the Internet. Subscription to Family is required in order to use this configuration.
With this configuration, no installation or maintenance of an SQL server in your premises; no back up to do! You can access your data from any computer running on Windows and connected to the Internet. But Family Hotel is no more usable if you Internet connection is unavailable. Subscription to Family is required in order to use this configuration.
The configuration diagrams above do not reveal the automated mechanisms to update your availability to travel agencies and to retrieve bookings made by internet users.
Whatever the chosen configuration, you can benefit from these mechanisms, all you need is an Internet connection.
